MedLifeCARD Single Account

GENERAL: This is an individual patient file system that allows any single person to store one's complete medical file. It provides multiple medical templates that allow for individual categorical health items to be entered as necessary. Password protections and encryption security maintain the patient's privacy. The files are organized in the format described in the Demo section. See DEMO on the navigation bar of this site.

EMERGENCY CARD AND HEALTH KEY: An Emergency Card may be printed directly by the member from the Home page of the Medical File. The emergency card provides access to the emergency file that is created concurrently with medical information entered to the Member's medical file. In addition to the printed card, the Member is provided a Health Key that is a downloaded emergency file contained on a portable USB flash Drive.

TWO FILES IN ONE: The Member's File is either entered in read-only (Emergency File) or change mode (Member's Medical File). One may verify MEDICAL FILE entries by reviewing the EMERGENCY File. Each medical file entry is duplicated in a concurrent entry to the emergency read-only file. The emergency file is intended for concise presentations of the Member's current health profile. It is immediately accessible to health care providers using either the member's emergency card directions or by plugging the Health Key into a USB port.

CONVENIENT ELECTRONIC FEATURES: Electronic Browse and Store features enable discrete folders for HEALTH CARE PROVIDER CONTENT TRANSFERS to the member's file and ease of access to more important complex detail (Blood work-ups, EKGs, or Radiology Reports) in the original medical format. Multiple physicians and other appropriate health care providers may obtain permitted access 24/7 anytime, from anywhere to the patient's read-only or change files to enter or retrieve file data. Protocols are Windows-based AND Internet HTML compatible.

MEDLIFECARD HEALTH KEY DESCRIPTION: Files may be retained in a portable USB flash drive. Each SINGLE MEMBER receives a formatable USB Flash Drive. The USB Flash Drive contains a hyperlink (Internet connected) to the MedLifeCard member emergency file or direct. Files and access links are enabled on the Health Key by clicking on the green USB button on the Medical file Home Page. The emergency file appears; the member clicks the file 'Save As'; and the file is saved to the Health Key.

OPTIONS: The member may elect to combine a single subscription to Medlifecard to a MedLifeRX subscription. Payments in that case are monthly and for a term of twelve months. Please see www.MedLifeRX.com for pricing and details.
